The laboratory uses professional Kodak Digital chemistry.
The quality of the print is also guaranteed by the high amount of chemical regeneration we use for developing photographs.
We exclusively use Kodak and Fuji cards.

Letter New Canvas

Kodak is returning with a new professional chemical-development paper emulsion called Canvas. It reproduces the effect of canvas but with the high definition of silver and chemical development printing. Photoworld is among the first to have received it for testing. It will be on promotion throughout August to give you the opportunity to try and test it.

 

Metal Card

The set of professional emulsions produces exceptional sharpness, brightness, and color saturation, with a decisive black density for an even more striking effect. The exclusive laminated layers also maximize the durability and tear resistance of the final print, expanding the scope of application for exhibition purposes.
The very shiny effect characterizes it with brilliance and the emulsion is thicker.

Thickness	Metal paper is thicker and heavier than normal paper. It is an effect card.
Color range	The chromatic curve is lower compared to standard papers, resulting in greater contrast. This characteristic makes it less ideal for very high-contrast photos. Easy loss of highlights and easy loss of detail in shadows.

Silk Letter

The surface multiplies creative possibilities and the solutions that can be offered to clients: it has the look and feel of silk to give photographs a slightly retro touch.
The honeycomb reticulated effect aims to simulate the effect of old photographs.

Thickness	Silk paper is thicker and heavier than normal paper. It's an effect card.
Color range	The chromatic curve is identical to regular paper, making it ideal for any type of photography.
Hatching	The intense honeycomb patterning allows it to achieve the chromatic curve of normal paper and similarly makes it particularly pleasant to the touch. It does not easily leave fingerprints on the surface.

Photobook Binding System

The photo books are produced using a chemical photographic development process. The photos are bound using a heat-sealing process. The photos are placed back-to-back. In the center is a cardboard core, heat-sealed in accordance with EEC safety regulations (non-toxic). The photo sheet is then lightly creased in the center, leaving the entire image 100% visible.

We develop exclusively using a chemical process on photographic paper. Between one photo and the next, we apply a core of glue and paper, creating a thickness of approximately 2mm, making it a semi-rigid sheet. The weight of the paper-glue material is 130gsm for photo books up to 30x30 size and 300gsm for photo books larger than that. This diversification makes the photo books more resistant to high temperatures and very humid environments.

It is recommended to always store the photo book in a non-humid environment.

The print quality is also guaranteed by the high amount of chemical regeneration we use for photo development.
For photobook binding, we use machines that leverage the technology of Hot glue binding, unique in Italy, which always guarantees precise, clean, and perfect spines.
